I LIVE AT THE VERSALLES BLDG, AND  THE PEOPLE WHO LIVES IN THIS BUILDING ARE FRIENDLY, BUT HERE YOU CAN HAVE DOGS AND SOME TIMES IS A PROBLEM WITH THE RULES, I USE THE BUILDING PARKING AND I THINK NEED MORE SECURITY, SIGNS, MIRRORS, AND THE ACCESS TO THE BUILDING PARKING IS SOMETIMES DIFFICULT.  THE SECURITY OUTSIDE THE BUILDING NEED TO BE IMPROVE, THE LACK OF SIDEWALKS INCREASES THE RISK FOR PEDESTRIANS AND THE REGULATIONS FOR CARS AND PEDESTRIANS DO NOT EXIST OR ARE NOT ENFORCED, AT ANY TIME A SERIOUS ACCIDENT CAN HAPPEN, SOME TIMES ARE CHILDREN RIDING BIKES AT THE ENTRANCE  WHEN THE TRAFFIC IS VERY HEAVY.

Just moved in yesterday and opened the door to roaches EVERYWHERE! Now we are stuck bc we put all our hard worked money into this place and signed the contract. Our neighbor has a snake as a pet literally cage less and lets it roam outside unattended !!!! This place is also very loud. I can hear everything walls are very thin. I would never cook and or eat anything in this appartment due to how disgusted I feel just knowing that roaches have crawled all over. This is a nightmare you pay so much money and end up living with rodents it&#39;s just not fair and also a health risk

This place sucks you in with thier landscaping and awesome pool area. What they need to focus on is pest control and building maintenance. I went to the milton and figured that it would be an acceptable place to live&#44; so I applied and paid to have an apartment held for me. This was over a month before we had scheduled my move in. The day I went to pick up the keys I. Was told that the apartment was infact ready for me to move into&#44;So I went to inspect myself. After fidgeting with the lock for honestly about ten minutes I opened the door and it smelled so bad that I walked out.  The toilets had urine on the seats (both of them) &#44; the carpet was installed incorectly&#44; everything from the windows to the tile had paint sprayed all over. And there was walpaper peeling off of the wall that was painted over instead of removed. the kitchen cabnets were filthy. The oven still had burnt on food. And last but not least there were remnents from a previous raoch infestation all inside the cabnets and drawers. I was in tears and could not believe that I had given away every penny of my hard earned money to reciev an apartment in this condition that I am saposed to live in&#44; cook in and havr company over to. Needless to say I demanded my money back and now have to make new plans of living. Thank you fontainbleau milton. For teaching me a lesson

The worst place ever! We were told that they have fitness rms n showed us&#44; very nice&#44; but after we moved in found out we had to pay. the apartments are in bad conditions and everytime you contact Maintenance office&#44; they always have an excuse&#44; they never fix anything. Plus yesterday somebody try to break in to my apartment. the police told me they&#39;re always here ppl trying to break in the apartments&#44; a lot of noises and music is super loud. WORST PLACE EVER!

THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL&#44; IF YOU GOT ANY PROBLEM THEY ASK YOU TO GO TO THE &#34;SALES&#34; OFFICE&#44;
AND THEY HAVE JUST ONE MANAGER FOR THIS ENTIRE &#34;COMMUNITY&#34; AND SHE IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE.

BIG PET OWNERS MAKE THE STAIRS AND ELEVATORS THEIR PET&#39;S PRIVATE RESTROOM&#44;
SMOKE AND CRACK ON THE STAIRS&#44; YOU CAN TELL THEM BUT THEY NEVER DO NOTHING.

AS YOU GET IN IT&#39;S VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OUT BECAUSE YOU ALREADY SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR 14 TERRIBLE MONTHS&#44; SO WHEN YOU FINISHED THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A NEW DOOR&#44; PAINTING AND ALL BOXES YOU LEFT ON THE CORRIDORS FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY&#44; SO BE AWARE!!!

If you would like to know how Fontainebleau Milton handles health problems and mold in your apartment READ this review and see the attached pictures. Fontainebleau milton was notified over 3 weeks about the health concerns. They tried to patch the ceiling that was peeling apart and then water began dripping through the ceiling and into my unit. So I notified them of that. Guess what? Same patch work was done but the issue was not addressed. I had already notified them of my health concerns as I have asthma, they still did not care and did patch work one more time. Water began dripping through again. As I was working from home due to COVID complications they came in and did the initial 3 visits while I was in the room, and the third time the man began using aerosols and not wearing protective gear. They did not warn me. Finally, as I lost trust in United Property Management to handle the issue, I posted on my door saying to not enter without my consent and wrote them a certified letter. Unfortunately, that day they entered the premises with a note on the door and everything. This is the shadiest apartment complex I have ever lived in and they will only care about your money. They do not care about your health. There was mold in the hallway when we moved in but I did not give it thought until I found it in my own room and my ceiling was peeling. They don&apos;t monitor the animals in the complex as I have found animal feces in the hallways and in the stairwells. The hallways continuously wreak of awful smells. Especially the stairwells. It smells like people have been urinating in them. Seriously, don&apos;t let the tour of the nice areas or the really well set up showroom fool you. Also, do not trust them. Management is dishonest and does not care about your health.

This community is one of the worst places that I have lived in and I am so glad to be leaving in March. The security personnel is useless, somebody tried to open my apartment door after I went in and I was alone. When I told security, they said nothing can be done and to call the police. The Luxer One service is a mess and I have to have important things delivered to another address because more often than not my packages are lost or stolen. The maintenance team doesn't listen and fix things cheaply. There is a severe parking problem and the management team has done nothing to fix it other than send passive aggressive reminder emails. Their rent prices are ridiculous when you take into account what they are offering. Ridiculous. I am so glad that in a few months I will be able to leave this place and NEVER come back.

Building entrance has become a dumpster for unwanted furniture and other stuffâ€¦ Community has gone downhill and rent sky highâ€¦ My car was stolen from the parking garage, which provides no security and no cameras..

Living in a Nightmare Community 

Honestly, the experience in the community has not been the best. They sell you things as if they were a luxury, you sign a contract and pay as if it were really a luxury condominium and it is all a lie. The apartment is full of cockroaches, they come out of the walls, baseboards. You go to the office and you don't resolve anything, they tell you next week and they keep you like that until your contract expires. They enter the property whenever they want, even without warning. The parking lots are a mess, you supposedly have two parking spaces by the apartment and more than 85% of the time I arrive, there is no parking, having to park in the middle of the street basically. Definitely if I had to recommend these apartments and community I wouldn't do it.

My experience living at Milton apartments has been horrible since the beginning. I was supposed to have a unit with washer and dryer and they gave a unit full of roaches and with no washer and dryer. Whenever you try to get the administration fix something they are always busy with something else. The building itself is discussing, and even though maintenance has someone mopping the floors they are very dirty all the time. The stairs smell like piss.
