I have seen this community from past4 years, and I love staying here. Its the best in Fontainebleau area. The facilities provided are excellent like- a) Mr Food access and ample parking b) Good security and fire alarm system and safety c) Amazing apartment and quick maintenance team d) Rent are acceptable and affordable for now( 1 years back was best rate) Things that are bad in this community and need to improve a) Change of appliances every 3 years should be mandate in apartments. Natural wear and breakdown has to be taken into account for refrigerator, microwave, AC , dishwasher and induction cook top and changed. Also applies to carpet floors etc. b) Trash chute system is bad. people flood the area and don't put garbage in chute. Community admin need to regulate strict action for this, may be fine the whole building for this action. c) Trash dump improperly leads to roaches in apartments near to the trash chute. d) flooding during rains in big issue with groundwater clearance and needs to clear drains etc. I love this place and will continue staying here, the improvements are suggestion for community admin to decide and if possible work on them for better living.
