Do not move in. The building I live in has a mold problem. I was told to set my thermostat at a specific temperature 24/7. Maintenance does the bare minimum to close tickets and the office does not care. I reported a significant amount of mold. The property sent a tech out and asked me what I want them to do about it. There solution was to paint right over it. No resolve, no follow up despite a heavy amount of musky odor and drooping drywall. Also, they'll kick you and your guests out of the pool deck even if it's your mom, grandma, etc. Anyone without a resident ID is not welcome to use the pool even with a resident escort.

    We're really sorry you have been frustrated with our community's amenity policies. We know how important it is for residents to enjoy the pool, and we don't want anyone to feel excluded. That being said, there are reasons for these policies we have in place. If you have additional questions about it, we'd love to talk. In our experience this can also help the residents fully enjoy their amenities, without interruption from non-residents.
