This community is a decent "starting point" to live. There are issues with bugs, even with spraying, maintenance not being completed timely. And forget speaking to the actual maintenance staff if you're not fluent in Spanish. Fire alarms going off regularly, even with regular battery replacement. And when it comes time for renewal of your lease, they only give you two weeks to respond otherwise it will cost MUCH MORE. It's also undesirable as being disabled the Versailles building is not handicap accessible nor the guest parking structure. We cannot even have visitors like my parents because they have visual and physical walking issues and they cannot navigate the multiple levels of steps from the top of the parking structure to the bottom as there is no elevator there. I do believe this is an ADA Compliance issue. Also given the amount of people letting their dogs walk around unleashed and do not pick up after their dogs is unacceptable. Noise issues and the sheer amount of people walking around wearing monitoring bracelets is very disturbing.
