To be honest, I'm not even happy with this community anymore. You spent a lot of money on parties and adding extra amenities, but do not spend money on the things that you need to really spend money on. There has been a severe cockroach infestation and building 9521 and you do is have the gators come and fumigate a little bit when you need to the entire building and pay for us to stay somewhere else. The entire building has been disgusting with Cockroaches for years now and all we can do is deal with it. Not to mention every year, you hike up the prices for the rent, knowing that the maintenance people sometimes take forever to maintenance anything and you leave us living with cockroaches
