Love the spacious layout of the apartment. The maintenance guys are always on top of your work order request. Love to sit on my patio and enjoy the fresh air when we get it. Haven't been yet but love the idea of having a dog wash area.

I Apartments are beautiful inside. Third floor has high ceilings! I hope they spray down the hallways from time to time because it would add a finishing touch to the feel of the complex. But beautiful inside, and cool appliances!

Nice place to live friendly staff nice environment. Good to go. been here for a year now no complaints. Everything is nice. Would recommend it. Beautiful decor, nice gym, friendly neighbors, big pool, pet friendly clean.

Very nice apartment. I love living here. The upstairs neighbors are a bit loud sometime but besides that it's a great apartment. It's very modern and updated and great location. It's it close to the town center and any grocery store you would like.

Overall the move in was fine. Though there were a couple hiccups in the move in process that could have been prevented such as setting up utilities with the incorrect account and never sending corresponding information that would've helped the signup and confirmation process. Other than that the staff were super helpful and were able to walk me through some of the problems I experienced.

Pointe Grand is a beautiful clean community that has great amenities! We were especially impressed with the doggy washroom because we have 2 dogs and now we don't have to take them to the groomers!! Also the staff here is absolutely amazing with their knowledge of the units and very friendly with great customer service!! We are waiting on our application to come back and fingers crossed we get to call pointe Grand home!!

Quiet, clean, affordable and nice staff always ready to help. I love the amenities they offer. The pool, gym, and fire pit is nice and helps me relax on my off days. Shopping center nearby for quick and convenient accommodations.

Nice community to live in. The place is kept clean and management provides great entertainment for their residence. Easy access to the main road and shopping centers and schools. Visit their website for more information and also refer a friend.

It is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The staff is always respectful and courteous. It does seem the people that don't live here make it into the pool area without sponsors. And some of the people walking their pets don't always clean up after them. Other than that I love the area.

Hillpointe grand at Oakleaf is one of the best places I have lived at. The location is quiet, friendly neighborhood, and the renting process was quick and smooth. Just very grateful to be living here. Thank you to the leasing staff as they made the process quick and fun!

Staff was nice and the apartment is in great condition. Neighbors are nice, and I love all the dogs around the home. I like how the apartment is on the outskirts of the city and is close to my work. It does however get a little loud with the interstate right next to my window but not a big deal.

Staff is very polite and friendly. They take input seriously and put in work orders immediately. Property grounds kept clean and maintained. This place is nestled in and close to major highway and shops, restaurants and movie theater. Great location. Moved in on June 1, 2025 and so far so good. Enjoying my stay here. Very friendly staff.

The Best Apartments in Oakleaf!

We love living here! This is the perfect location in its own Oakleaf oasis. The kitchen is something you would find in a house. Also, make sure you tour with Morgan!! She is the best, made moving easy and even goes out of her way to help us with the coffee machine in the clubhouse!
