Great Location !

From the moment I moved into Magnolia, everything has been easy and seamless. Moving can be stressful, but the team made the entire process smooth and were incredibly helpful in finding me my new home. Mollie, the leasing agent, and the management team have all been great as well. Nancy and Robert also assisted in making sure the apartment was the right fit for me. The location is amazing. I love how close I am to everything. The floor plans and finishes are a huge plus, and having a walk-in laundry room is a great feature. I also really appreciate the mini fridge and pot filler, which were standout features for me. I also attended my first event and truly feel so happy that I chose to call this place home.

You just can’t beat this place!

The population covers a very wide range, from toddlers to Octogenarians. There are several beautifully trained dogs in residence . The parties are fun and the amenities are terrific. I think the real highlight is the incredible staff: Nancy, Robert, Mollie, John, Joe, Genci, Tate and Rosie.

Exceptional Living Experience & Outstanding Management

I’ve lived at Magnolia Square for five years and have had a great experience. The property is always clean and well kept, and the community is quiet and comfortable. Nancy Newman, the manager, is very responsive and easy to work with. She follows up quickly and handles things efficiently, which makes living here much easier. Overall, it’s a well-run community, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to live.

Built well & Great amenities

It’s been a terrific place to live. No complaints here! I looked around Naples for a few months and i happy we decided to move in. The staff in the office made sure we were happy with our view and the floor we chose.

First let me say that this place is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. New management company took over and my move in experience was less than ideal. There has been minimal support given by the leasing staff. Maintenance staff is very good when needed.

We were the first residents to move into Magnolia Square! The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The building and amenities are absolutely beautiful. Our neighbors are friendly and socialble. The neighborhood is convenient with walking, shopping and entertainment. We love it here and looking forward making this our permanent home sweet home. My name is Jerry Flagel, tenant of #1444 since the first week. I believe I was #4 even though I had tried to be #1! I am very happy with being a tenant as I believe it is 1st class, ie, what I wanted. Last week I enjoyed the first formal social held on the first floor. My comments are very clear; It was a big success, obviously well planned and my cudos to those employees who executed the warm party so well. We love living in our unit. Neighbors are very friendly, the neighborhood is fabulous. We like that the company takes care of everything and we just lock up and go! We're hoping we can stay living here for a long time. We have no worries of anything with the home. All is taken care of. We hope to make this our permanent home.

It is too soon to tell I just moved in last week but Magnolia Square seems to be a wonderful place to live. And once the second building is finished and all the amenities are available I'm sure anyone would be happy living here.
