We loved the look of the area, lots of trees, a lake... but the "nice" stops there. we were able to see a model apartment before we moved in. It was nice, no problems there, but the apartment we were given was another story. the paint is pealing off every surface, the tile is lifting in the kitchen and bathroom, the carpert has so many stains and it reaked of dog pee when we moved in. The neighbors are loud and disrespectful. (thanks guy with the loud car that circles the parking lot ALL NIGHT!) they call this a gated complex but the gate are rearely closed and when they are closed you have to go in the exit (that gate isn't closed) because the key pad NEVER works! The dumpster is always broken, and forget about getting a set rate, when you sign the lease they tack on $10 a month for pest and trash. not a big deal, but INCLUDE IT IN THE RENT, DONT TACK IT ON AFTER YOU AGREE TO A SET PRICE!!!!!!!!! And i have not felt safe here since I moved in, I added a chain lock just in case! and don't even get me started on the laundry rooms! Enjoy!
