my husband and daughter and I have lived here a year... it was great moving in... helpful staff, doing anything they can to make up happy. but once you sign that lease it's a different story. the appliances are old and don't work right, the neighbor above us had a leak and the complex tried to blame the water spot on our ceiling on our washer (not sure how that is possible what with gravity and all). the outside of our building had rotten wood and it caused a major leak in my daughter's closet, damaging keepsakes and making a 2x2 spot on the carpet of black mold. the wall all down the corner had water stains and the drywall was buckling. we called them time and time again to have someone come fix it. I even went so far as to take pictures and tell them where the water was coming from. they patched the outside of the building ( without properly removing the moldy insulation and interior) and then tried to blame that leak on us too. they don't clean and maintain these apartments either....I had to clean it when we moved in and nearly threw up when I discovered the top of our cabinets had been soaked in cat pee and they refused to replace them because " it wasn't like that before we moved in". bottom line.... keep looking.... this place sucks!
