After reading some terrible accounts here of the apt complex in Ocala I simply feel the need to respond. Paddock Park in Ocala was exactly the opposite from what I read. I was greeted when I looked for an apt and treated in the most friendly and professional manner at the front office by Ms. Paula and Terry to name just two. I found the 2 bedroom I wanted and lived in it until I decided to downsize to a one bedroom. The transition was made very easy. I NEVER had any problems getting even the simplest of repairs done always within 24 hours, mostly much sooner. There was never a light out in the parking lot or any of that which they complain about. Sometimes I had to park a few spots away from the door but always at an acceptable distance and I am in my early 70's
The noise level was what it is when living I an apartment some days the kids made some noise mostly they were good kids. Dogs barked on occasion but not to excess. When I had to move to be closer to my family it was a hard decision as there was no Mike to come and repair and the many amenities to enjoy.
I have NORTHING but good things to say about Paddock Park and am in the process of getting an apartment there right now for my granddaughter who will attend college nearby. Even when she was thinking of already this year going to school on Orlando I was looking for Paddock apts there.
Ms. Paula, Ms. Terry, and I do not remember the names of the other very nice ladies from the front office are just what I needed to get things done in a most friendly and speedy way.
Can't say anything but good things about them When I no longer am able to maintain my own home I will be back to rent at Paddock for sure.
