The women I have come into contact with at the office are unbelievably rude. I'm glad there's people they seem to be friendly to, as I still read decent comments, but my partner & I are so unhappy with this complex & it's staff. I've had problems involving my car because of no warning as to when they were paving the roads. Within an hour of being home from work, I was greeted by tar spray on my vehicle & had no choice but to drive on it so that I could get back to work. Then, after trying to call get the number for the company they hired & getting no help for about a month, I finally had to go up to the office & have things settled. To this day, I still haven't received information on the company, but they were forced to pay for my car detail to get the tar off. Now I'm being told that we're not getting our deposit back because the girl we dealt with in the beginning, messed up on our lease. I'm fed up with it. Ready to get out of this place & away from their lack of respect for the residents. The guy who works at the gym may hate his life, but he has no need to be so rude when people have 5 mins til it closes & he is in a rush. A job is a job, deal. Don't turn the light off on numerous people numerous times. That's ignorant. So is telling someone, "Once a smart ---, always a smart ---." Also, have they never given warnings as to the 60 day move-out date notifications? Yeah, our letter is late, but yours was never sent, people. So no need for the attitude when you tell residents, "Your letter is late." Sure is lady, & your attitude is not going to get it here any faster or put anymore money in your pocket.
