We started off in a 1/1 and we didn't have many complaints, other than our electricity bill was over $225 for less than 900 sq ft (AC on 78 degrees) and the cops were called out a little more than I would have liked. At our first annual renewal they tried to raise the rent from $605 base rent to $695 base rent. Yes, a $90 increase after one year. We moved to a 2/1 for $725 base ($795 with additives charges). The first two months in the 2/1 were great. Then we got an upstairs neighbor. I can literally hear every step their 25lbs dog takes as it walks across the carpeted floors, so you can imagine how annoying it was when the actual renters walk anywhere. Then we had issue with our upstairs neighbor stomping and jumping around. Our ceiling would bow in and our ceiling fan would shake. I asked the gentleman to please stop. He did not comply and aggressively responded toward me. I brought the issue to management with video proof. Nothing was ever done. The office staff is very efficient.... in blaming other people. Recently my keys were stolen from the gym. They offer no safe or lockable place to store belonging. I know it was my fault for trusting humanity, but maybe I would have noticed somebody walking off with my keys if I wasn't always trying to fix workout equipment. Oh and bring your own sanitizing wipes to the gym. They offer no sanitizing products, not even paper towels and after using the gym for 1 1/2 years I have never seen any cleaning staff in the gym. I placed signs up offering a reward if my keys were returned. Every day the staff would tear down my signs and when I confronted them about it. Guess what, they said they didn't know who was tearing down the signs. What they didn't know is one of my friends witnessed them tearing them down and texted me what was going on. I hope this review helps people avoiding making the same mistake that I did. Rent from somewhere else!!!
