We've been living here since August (about 8 months) and so far there haven't been any major issues. Move in went smoothly, they gave us a great deal, and I can't complain about the price point at all. In emergency situations, maintenance is on the ball; they will show up within about ten minutes for an emergency call. If it's not an emergency, it might be a couple of days.and they are terrible about giving and keeping time frames. If they say they'll be there in the morning, that could mean any time between 7 am to early afternoon in my experience. I have heard from some neighbors that maintenence people have let themselves in on occasion, but since I have a large dog I have not had this issue. The complex is extremely dog friendly, and my dog lives it here. There are ample opportunities for her to explore new places and have outdoor fun. I have observed that many residents seem to be less friendly towards dogs. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who can understand that a budget inherently comes with compromises. You're not going to get 5 star amenities at under 1000 a month. If you're a granite and hardwood kind of person, this place is probably not for you.
