I cannot recommend this apartment anymore. Some of the newer staff are excellent, but there are still replacements to be made for more professional staff. Prices for the apartments are hardly competitive in comparison to the private market surrounding. Investments are highly made into 'curb appeal' upgrades (refinished parking areas, external painting, a new gate 'security' system) while maintenance requests are often ignored until the resident leaves (at which time they are deducted from your security deposit, then made clean for the next 'walk through') There are plenty of better options, even in the same area with lower price ranges. I actually enjoyed living at Paddock Park, but the staff of Pegasus (owners of Steeples 2901) have made it clear that they are familiar with their business. Their focus is on acquiring new customers who will be tied to their lease, and ignoring all but the most major concerns. The exception can be made if minimal time will be invested. I look forward to the end of my lease next year.
