Lived here a few months...Can&#39;t wait till the lease is up. Who&#39;s this jerk on the Kawasaki pulling wheelies at 11pm? Someone please whoop his butt!!!!!!!!!! People walk around and the best vocabulary they can come up with is that nasty F word! If you like weirdo&#39;s&#44; then move right in! Tonight&#39;s activity is Mr..A-Oh-gua!!! with his wonderful sounding hillbilly horn on his little red pick up racing up his little engine!!! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Have a nice night sleeping neighbors!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Dont rent here. The place is trash. Stolen cars are recovered here too...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#39;m surprised a deputy sheriff lives near the main gate. He must be getting his rent for free(or should be) to fool the public that the place is safe...NOT SAFE!!!!! Hope someone doesnt smash his car windows out!!!!!!!!!!

This Place Blows!

I have lived at Paddock Park going on three years now and I love it! It is the best place for people who are not wanting the commitment of a mortgage but love to be close to everything. I did shop around when I looked for an apartment&#44; and I found Paddock Park to be the best. Every time I submit a request for maintenance&#44; they are always there the same day&#44; or if I called in the afternoon&#44; then maybe the following day. The staff on site is always friendly and willing to help if they can. I have two dogs- one large and one small&#44; and we LOVE the walking trail which circles around two duck ponds - gorgeous. Ms Linda&#44; the manager has been here for 12 years and counting&#44; and just the other day there were two ladies I met in the fitness room who have lived there over 20 years! Their fitness room is the biggest I have seen in an apartment community&#44; and they do their best to keep everything nice and clean. Their landscaping is phenomenal - the grass is always green and it seems like they change the flowers out every season because they are aways so bold and beautiful. I am so proud to have people over. Occaisionally there is a noisy neighbor&#44; but I have come to accept that when you share a buiding with 7 other apartments&#44; that is bound to happen - it doesn&#39;t bother me&#44; and if it ever gets ridiculous&#44; as I can say it has happened once or twice&#44; I can always call their courtesy guy who comes out and knocks on their door. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to everyone I know who is looking because you get so much more for your money - in space&#44; in storage&#44; and in friendliness of staff. I never have to fight for parking spaces&#44; or chairs at the pool - THEY HAVE TWO!! The only thing I wish they had was covered garage units to rent&#44; but inside - you can&#39;t beat the storage and pay this low!

Best value apartment in MARION COUNTY

I have lived here for 11 months. After living here for only 2 months we had a tenant above us move out and leave their water running in the laundry room. It started leaking in our laundry room. We called the main office and they said they would send someone out. After 3 weeks of waiting someone finally showed up and said&#44; &#34;Oh wow yeah those stains are bad. Well we have to wait for it to dry then I will come back and paint over it.&#34; They never showed up! We called the actual manager and she came out herself she said&#44; &#34; Oh this is top on our list and it will be taken care of today. Not a single person ever showed up! The stain began to mold. We called the office yet again and they said oh well someone will be out. Never happened. So I went into the office and told them I want to switch apartments and they would not let me. She then told me that she is sending someone out to fix it.. So after waiting 3 days a man showed up to &#34;fix&#34;  the mold problem... He simply painted over it! It is once again growing through the paint and all over the place. I went to the office yesterday and told them that I was moving because of the health problems that I may be facing because of this mold. The manager then tells me that I have to stay there for 60 days and keep paying rent. I told them I HAVE MOLD GROWING IN MY APARTMENT.. She then tels me&#44; &#34;Yeah I have heard everything.&#34; I am reporting this to the health department first thing in the morning! Do not subject yourself and family to this sorry excuse for the GREATLY MANAGED complex. I am sickened by LINDA the Manager and her poor attitude and their lack of follow up. I will never step foot on this property every again. My advise to you would be to do the same! STAY FAR AWAY!! I have included a picture so you can get an idea of just what happens at this complex!!!

DO NOT MOVE IN

I recently moved here, have lived in Ocala about 3 years, researched a lot of communities and after all the research chose Steeples 2901... Move in was was with out any issues and staff specially Tara was awesome... So far everything is great...

Pretty good. Crazy things happening with storms and damage. Management is trying to stay in top of it all with major investments. Overall happy. But my unit has roaches I can't get rid of. Common problem from what I have been told

From the beginning of the leasing process until our next renewal, we have been completely satisfied with the Steepes 2901 staff. It is a safe place to live, and very convenient to schools, and shopping.

This community location is great. The property has changed hands several times, but Northland has shown improvement. Drainage suck never cleaned drain and severely flood. Can't leave or come home!!!!!

I received a letter from a family that lives above our apartment . My daughter shared the letter with Paula Warren, the community manager of this property. Paula asked if she could take it and make a copy  of it and return it to us the following day. 
We went to the office to get the letter from Paula, she refused to give it to us. Her reason was she had so much going and besides the neighbors had their phone number on the letter and she did not want us to have the number. She lied about the returning the letter and now I do not feel safe with her in this complex. I don't trust her and I think she is going to generate lies on our family while we live here. I am frightened and we do not trust her. I need someone to contact me about this matter.

This community is a very nice place to live. Maint. Dept is great and always around when you need them. Maint 
requests are handled properly.  Valet trash is also available as well as an area for larger objects. Management is ready to listen. The grounds are well .maintained as well. Plenty of parking.

Office staff,manager and maintenance people are outstanding. Always a prompt reply and timely repairs. The fitness center is top notch as is yoga room. The pools are clean and well maintained.  I love living here.
