Many promises made at signing were not kept (24 hour gym, gate thatbworks, etc.) and the amenities are often out of service or poorly maintained in some way (dog park is simply bark chips atop a tennis court (non-permeable material does not make for a good dog park floor). Staff cannot keep up with the problems. Service has been a problem with them, as they rarely answer the phone and do not respond to messages.
