I was interested in renting the apartments because it seemed like a great price and good location..well it was disgusting. The smell was horendous, the carpets were nasty and they claimed it was clean and move in ready but there was a major build up of dust and animal hair along the base boards. The appliances almost looked as if they could catch fire if you used them and the closet doors were dented and dirty. The smell from surrounding apartments were overwhelming of cigarette smoke(and my husband smokes so im used to the smell) and like a nasty wet dog! While i was there in the leasing office, their were kids playing all over the place around it with their skateboards and scooters and leaving their trash on the benches. I read these comments before I went there but I wasn't so sure if I should beleive all of them but after seeing it myself..I guess I just want to let everyone know to definitely check it out thuroughly before you make any decisions! I definitely would not want my kids around that filth.
