Good and Bad

The ground are maintained fantastically. Things are always green and nicely manicured. The apaartment is larger than average. They are at the top of the price range in Ocala and they raise the price $30 per year. The management is difficult to deal with on everything. They don´t care if you live there or if you continue to live there, because they say they can always replace you with the next person. It´s extremely difficult to get things fixed. My air conditioner was broker for a week in July and I had to call several times before they came to look at it on the 4th day. They said they had no record of my calls. My disposal was broken for 2 months before they fixed it. It´s a gated complex, but the gates only work for a month or two every year.
