The apartment is beautiful, has all the amenity's you might need, very close to a Publix. It feels almost like a resort style living, the finishing touches on the apartments are luxurious for the price you pay.

We moved here to be closer to family and out of the Michigan winters. The facility is brand new and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Dowden Road can make transportation difficult leaving the area during school hours.

The staff here are very friendly and respond to any questions promptly! The units are beautiful! When I moved here, the building was new. All of the staff, including the cleaning crew are exceptional. It feels like "home".

I recently toured this property and it is beautiful with clean updated current amenities. I am still in the market for an apartment and this is a top contender the only thing holding me back is the price as it sits a little higher then most in the area

This apartment & community has made downsizing such a smooth and positive experience for me. It offers quality living without the responsibility of managing a large home, which has been refreshing at this point in my life. The staff has been very helpful and exceptionally professional, and I love the convenience of being near Publix and the Department of Highway Safety while still staying in my familiar Lake Nona area. It's comfortable, convenient, and truly feels like the right fit.

Very professional sweete staff. I really enjoy this apartment. Luxury with lots to do. If you are single or a young family. It's totally resort living . Gym pool dog park . Walking trail near too, wow. Also great package system too.
