Our move in was quick and easy! I was able to pick up my keys and enter the apartment all within 10 minutes. The apartment itself was very clean and there wasn't much for us to have to do upon move in.

The doors between the rooms and the kitchen are not sufficiently soundproofed, and there are also ventilation grilles above the doors, so all the smells from the kitchen go into the rooms. The absence of an additional lock that can only be opened from the inside reduces the level of security in the apartment.

If you can prorate the rent by overriding the two free months is apply today. The property was beautiful but the unnecessary fees are not an amenity or a luxury as previously mentioned. I asked if she could find out if that was an option and she dismissed it immediately saying I can prorate it myself which makes no sense. Also I'm paying 10k to move here and the few hundred dollars I'd be saving a month would be more helpful then the two free months.

Prompt, communicative, and helpful staff!

The apartment is newly built so I love how clean everything is. The building also feels very secure, especially with parking and having packages dropped off in the mail room. I love the amenities, especially the plentiful office spaces, the pool, and the gym, right outside my door. Zachary has also been incredibly helpful during the signing and move-in processes, and continues to help out with whatever we might need. I also like how the area is less than five minutes from college park and there is a grocery store right across the street.

I recently relocated to Florida, and my sister and I visited Citron Apartments to explore a potential lease. We arrived around 4 PM, and upon entering, we were not greeted. Instead, the three associates at the desk looked at each other and began laughing. I had to speak up and ask if someone could assist us, and from that moment, my sister and I felt an immediate sense of discomfort. It was clear we were being pre judged, despite both of us holding respected professional careers. During the interaction, the associate repeatedly misspelled my name even as I clearly and slowly spelled it out which came across as dismissive. Remaining calm and professional, I asked for pricing details. Instead of answering directly, she continued to emphasize "cheaper options," even though I never mentioned budget concerns. For context, I previously paid $3,000 for a one-bedroom apartment in New Jersey, I can assure you affordability wasn't the issue. The tour that followed was equally disappointing: the associate was unenthusiastic, soft spoken, and disengaged throughout. As beautiful as the property is, I would never consider leasing somewhere I don't feel respected or welcomed.

Although my salary met the stated criteria, and both my salary and relocation bonus were clearly listed in my offer letter, they were not factored into my application. I was told I could not move forward without a clear explanation, which left me uncertain and hesitant to pay an application fee only to be denied under unclear or inconsistent guidelines. Management should review how income verification is applied to ensure the process is transparent and fair.
