In 2020 I've moved in Randal lakes MAA and I love the comfort of the apartment. Plus if you put a work order in they normally take care of it right away. But they raise your rent every year and they don't give you a two year lease.

Overall it has been good. The maintenance team should be commended also the office workers. However, more enforcement is needed so that dog owners don't know leave their pets' pooh in front of the unit's lawn and path/entry way to the unit. There no patrolling for security and some dangerous things have taken place. For example on September 8, 2023 3 cars caught fire in front of my windows. We thought an explosion would occur. Neighbors attribute the incident to a delinquent act and not to a mechanical failure accident. Overall we like it here, the walk paths, ponds and the community.

Community Is nice and quiet. Only thing strongly dislike from living here is the parking situation. If you leave at 8pm to get food and come back there's no parking at all. You would literally need to walk by 3 buildings to get to yours.

Inefficient and unsafe, the problem starts with the insecurity at MAA, no matter how many times you complain and report with pictures and videos about thefts, they do nothing about it. The staff is inefficient, when you ask for help, some of them are rude to customers. to Maintenance you need to report it several times to fix your problems. but the community the charged you extra fee for everything.

I've been living here for 3 yrs. And have enjoyed all of them. The staff is absolutely excellent. The maintenance is also great. absolutely excellent. If I ever have a problem the staff solves It immediately.

Overall, as good as could be expected. Maintenance of public areas could be improved. Pressure cleaning of walkways could really help appearance of grounds, especially hallways. Some are really gross with dead and living buglife. Area beds around plants and hedges need a cleanup.

Yo he estado viviendo aqui por a?os,lo que puedo decir es que el personal de mantenimiento ha sido excelente,la administraci?n no es tan buena como era cuando me mude aqui por primera vez,la renta es muy alta comparada con otros sitios,el area de la basura deberian colocar algo mas grande para que no se vea tan antihigi? poder continuar aqui si no me siguen subiendo la renta tan dr?sticamente.

Everything is great, nothing wrong really. We live in a quiet forest area. So everything is so interesting! Trash is cleared out always, neat and kept well on a daily basis and food trucks even come with new opportunities

I had 6 wonderful years until a suspicious neighbor moved in. Then all hell broke loose. I was told by management to report the situation and call the police so that they wouldn't renew the lease, but to my surprise they did. Management doesn't do anything to fix it or help. They just want to collect the rent and screw you. They don't help you at all, it's all on you. And the garden has dog ---- everywhere you walk.

We love it here, The apartment is great, our neighbors are friendly. Ample parking and the staff is very attentive and quick to assist with our needs. The apartment manager, Liz, is a true gem, you can tell her caring and passion for what she does spills into the team. Until we decide to buy a house, this is home!

Overall experience is better than other places I have rented. One issue I have is that the rent keeps going up every year and never seems to go down. Plumbing and the HVAC unit seem to be a big issue also.

Overall I believe the community is nice, but the price is high for what you are getting. My rent has went up 500 dollars in 4 years. Nothing has changed to reflect this new monthly payment. The complex itself is nice.

Lack of regulation enforcement, for example: cars parked for weeks without parking permits, after 10:30 pm noise complains and poor cleaning practices in the gym area. Also, when issues were communicated to the administration team , they didn't care!

Too much money for what they provide! Dog poop is left everywhere, even in dog park because residents don't care enough to clean it up and maintanaice just leaves it there. Trash Bins are always over flowing onto ground. You have to wait days for them to respond to a bug problem

Parking is always a problem here. Most of the time, you need to part far away from your building because parking spaces are saturated. Some residents have up to 4 cars for 1 apartment. Residents with drive way, they still occupy the parking spaces available living no room for the other tenants while their driveway is empty. I have had many issues with A/C and never gets properly fixed. Getting out of the community in car by the roundabout is always an issue, traffic driving sb on Randall Park never wants to yield or slow down as they approach the roundabout specifically during school pick hours.

These apartments are too overpriced for their age, the appliances are ancient, for a complex charging 2,400 a month. The office staff is awesome as well as the maintenance staff Ms Colon is a hidden treasure.

Management is great and the team are very supportive. The community has to learn to recognize that they need to do better and make sure they do their best to keep the community clean and healthy. Renting is also expensive in this area.

Wouldn't recommend

Wouldn't recommend typical alert apartment living ! Thin walls and neighbors do whatever they want ! Currently as I write this the people below me are yelling and screaming having a party , when you call the number to report nothing happens. On top of that the residents run the complex ! The pool is a free for all , they tell you it's convenient to the school across the street but trust me you can't go outside from 830-9 because people fly up and down the streets to get there kids to school on time. They say no bbq grills in your apartment but luckily for me the people under me have a full blown catering company and grill INSIDE there garage with propane tanks everywhere! No smoking well hate to break it to you everyone smoke all over the place here !! Definitely not worth the money esp. the high increase when your renewal is up !

My living experience here at MAA Randal Park has been pleasant so far. Everything is centrally located to include schools, convenient stores, grocery stores, shopping centers, etc. Great experience overall.
