Everything about this community is amazing. It because it has good leaders and excellent follow through. It's my first year and I love living here. I hope to spend many more in my beautiful luxury apt.

This community is amazing. My daughter and I could be happier to be part of this community. The staff is superior. It's total luxury at a reasonable price. We feel safe, everyone is very private but nice and the staff is the best ever

After my divorce in Dec 2012&#44; I moved into Urbana.  My daughter lives with me so safety was #1 on my list.  We lived here for 7 months and due to finances I moved out and went to a nearby complex.  At first I thought I was saving almost $400 a month.  Dogs barking in the middle of the night or loud yelling noises at 3am were not comforting in the new complex.  Resolving concerns was not their number 1 priority.  I quickly realized I had made a huge mistake and within 3 months I was back at Urbana.  The apartments are solid construction&#44; the neighbors are friendly&#44; the best office and maintenance staff work here.  When you compare all costs such as water&#44; cable&#44; garage&#44; etc the difference is not as big as you may think.  Luxury at it&#39;s best!  I guarantee you will not find a better community then Urbana.  Very happy we came back!!! 

I lived at Urbana for 2 years before moving out of State and it is the best complex I have ever stayed in. My suite was huge with luxury details and the staff was incredible.  I never would have left if I wasn&#39;t transferred.

Superior in every way

Urbana is an excellent place to rent. The residence are friendly and the employees are nice and professional. I like the fact that this is a quiet place, our trash gets picked up 5 days a week and we have an indoor garage. Two days ago I used the hot tub and it was great. There was other residence there and I made new friends. I recommend this place to everyone.
