Samantha was our rental agent from the very first step through to the final stages of the process. She was incredibly personable, kind, and went above and beyond?taking extra time to review and assist with our background check to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. The Maintenance Director has also been consistently great. He is very sociable and lighthearted, and it's clear he truly enjoys his work. His attention to safety and staying up to date on all property protocols is evident and greatly appreciated.

    After seeing what I thought was going to be the Apt. For me, I decided to give LEO at Wildwood a walk thru. I'm certainly glad I did. After seeing several option, I was very pleased with my decision to keep my appt. Thanks to Myrna and her precision to detail. My application has been submitted
