Rented a 1 bedroom before moving to 3 bedroom. Parking was horrible then and staff didn't seem to think that was a priority. My car even for towed at one point. Other than parking issue, the rest of community seems okay.

The staff is nice and I love my neighbors never had any unresolved issues very quite and family oriented place clean ,kids friendly and I think is great that our manager Wendy always does this little party's in the office for us.

I've lived here since September 2017 and this "community" has been under construction since then(maybe before). I can not believe how unrealistic the cost of my rent is compared to this construction site I live in!!!! You jokers want to up my rent even though I live in a dangerous work zone. You should be begging me to stay not ramping up my rent. I deserve compensation for living in these conditions. Work tools everywhere, yellow x's, a dumpster at my "community" entrance, volleyball court with half the sand missing, -------- sleeping in every corner of all the complexes and much much more. WHR should be ashamed of themselves! And if you were wondering, construction is still not done and there is no sign of it ending any time soon. Nobody likes Wendy the manager of boots ranch west palm harbor Florida. I do not like my apartment. The maintenance guys are cool and do good work.

Communication is a problem. For the amount of money you pay you should not have German roaches. Security gate broken for months! Positive they are putting money into the complex New roof garage repair. To keep the landscaping well-maintained.

I moved from Maine to Florida. I used an apartment locator and requested to be close to St. Petersburg. I could not find anything in the area I was looking so the apartment search wad expanded to include Clearwater and Largo. Still nothing. No one would return my phone call or I would be forced to use the apartments washer and dryer ( I had my own). Landings at Boot Ranch answered when I called, every time I called. The staff was very professional and answered all my questions. I had the option to bring my washer and dryer or rent from them. No wait list for a is the least expensive out of all the areas I researched!! All paperwork was prepared online for me to sign. I am able to pay rent online. Maintenance came to connect my washer within 24 of my request. I am very pleased.

It could be nicer, if property manager was not that rude, and the property ground was maintained i.e. the floor of the apartment entries, and enough staff to maintain the work orders and the value for the fees you paid and what is received don't match; otherwise, it is a nice place to call home. Get ready to pay for trash pick up, water/sewer, and pest control and service fees for adding the charges to your rent+the rent to live here.

Parking issues, ongoing construction without notice. No notice when garage will not be accessible. Less than 24 hour notice to remove everything from porch for demolitiom of porch. No offset in rent for the inconvenience.

Nice apt. Avoid if you have more cars than you are able to get a reserved space and or garage for Max 2, overflow parking is to far away. Be prepared to defend against fine threat letters left on your door, trash pickup does not always take place on time, so helpful to send manager a picture of it sitting out on time or you will be fined when it is found still there late.

My husband, John, and I have lived at The Landings at Boot Ranch since February 2006. We relocated from Portland, Oregon for Delta Air Lines and are very pleased with the fact that the drive to Tampa Int'l. Airport is less than 30 minutes. Also, we're centrally located to shopping, restaurants, churches, movie theaters and a short drive to one of the best beaches in the country. The office staff is very courteous and professional, as well as, the maintenance staff. Always a prompt response to any maintenance requests that may arise, which is on rare occasion. The property is very well maintained with a beautiful, large pond and fountain centrally located. Tropical landscaping adds to the beautiful surroundings. I would not hesitate to recommend The Landings at Boot Ranch to friends and family!

I enjoy the quiet atmosphere...There is a great place to walk my dog around the pond... The size of my patio is great. - I love the flooring & the granite countertops in the kitchen. I loved that it wasn't a typical square room, run-of-the mill apartment with basic features... it felt like I had a lot of upgrades for what I originally was paying for rent.

Everything and everyone has been great so far! Staff has been friendly and maintenance requests completed almost always on the same day. Apartment is super quiet! We love the pool, and how much wildlife there is around the lake!

Extremely satisfied and happy in this community, From the office staff to the maintenance team, everyone goes above and beyond. This is my second community since moving to the area from out of state and I am so happy to say that I will be staying here for a very long time, I feel very much at home. Coming from a house to an apartment has been a great adjustment to my family and this apartment has been the best all around for us.

I really enjoy living here and the staff is wonderful. I am writing this review specifically to thank the office manager for all her kindness and help with some recent issues we were having. She defiantly goes above and beyond and cares about her residents. Everyone on staff is warm and helpful and I believe that starts at the top. The staff learns from the management. Thank you very much and I love my apartment and my neighborhood.

Everything is clean, quiet & safe. During Hurricane Irma we didn't have any significant issues but management kept us informed during and after the storm. When construction is being done the workers always leave the grounds clean at the end of the day.

Pros: Pauline in the leasing office has been great to work with and has gone above and beyond to assist me with anything I have needed throughout my moving process! Maintenance has been great as well - very courteous and helpful / quick to respond. Upgraded units with water views at a decent price. Location is great. Cons: Not enough guest parking. Parking can be tough if you have a second car.

We are suffering here. Out toilets are not working since 6/7/20. We are a family of 8 people and not being able to use the only two toilets here is a nightmare. We dont know what else to do. We have called the main office for a solution, we have talked with joe and traci about our problem with the toilets but as of now 6/15/2020 no one has been able to contact us to fix the toilets. These last 8 days has been a nightmare here in the community. I can not believe that I have to beg to this place to fix something I am paying. I have been living in Boot Ranch since 2016 and this is the first time we are experiencing so many issues here. I feel very upset.
