Was Okay

This place was the first place I lived when I moved to Florida. It wasn't that bad, and we probably would have never moved except that the building (8) that we lived in was falling into the ground!!! I'm glad that we lived on the third floor because we knew two tenants occupying the two first floor apartments below us, and in both cases, both residents had fallen through their floors at some point in the bathroom and kitchen. And what was under the floor wasn't pretty. It was completely hollow, looked like the wood was rotting and their was water. Kinda scary...and not until we moved out and got all of our furniture out did we realize that when walking from one side of the apartment to the other was like walking down hill...on the third floor! There were cracks in the walls from the building shifting, and maintenance just put paint over them and that was their way of "fixing" the problem. I would agree that there could be another compactor. Otherwise, really enjoyed my stay here...never heard a peep out of the neighbors and always had a place to park.
