Such a beautiful place and great location! I moved from clearwater and so happy that I did. ---- toured me the property and at the time not only did I have a great experience but I saw deer walk right up to us! It was amazing and ---- made you feel very welcomed! I am so happy since I moved in here and I love the staff. Parking is a bit of a chore but I'll take that any day over the seeing drug dealers or men beating their children and wives or my car being broke into. I've read some of the reviews but I believe when people become SPOILED by their surroundings they can't see anything in front of them! From a new resident that plans on being here for years!!
