Love our canal view from the third floor of our building, and thats about it. There is mold and the cracks on the wall that have been covered numerous times. Floors are not leveled and the only parking for visitors is outside the complex on gravel lot with very poor lighting, very dangerous at night.
They will try to nickel and dime you out $5 dollars as a service fee to bill you, if u want a reserved parking inside you pay if u want to store your canoe by the canal you pay. Only amenities is a tiny pool and tiny gym.
People in charge at the office are terrible at customer service twice they have given us
misleading information. There automated bill system and lease renewal are terrible. They are supposed to notify you when you are close to the end of your lease for renewal but they don't all you get is a week before is up a letter on ur door as a second warning when you never even got the first one. You go to the office and they tell you is automated they can't look it up. Depends who you talk to they will feed your a different story.
We just found out we need to move by april and we needt to guve notice by Monday. Not because they told us but because we went in and asked. Second time this has happened when we renew our lease the second time they did the same thing.
We are not renewing our lease again this time though we are done .
We just want to get out of this place ASAP!
