First impressions meant nothing. They are awfull!!!!!

My first thoughts: <br> Nice, Quiet, Gated, Pond, Pool, Volleyball court, fitness room & Alarmed.<br>What really happened: <br> The volleyball court was unkept & over grown with weeds. The parking is a joke. You can find a stop after 5pm. The noise level is nerve racking from all the pets. There is aminal fecies all over the grass and parking lot. The gate is always broken. The property is not Secure nor Safe. The alarm system in non-functional and maintanence does NOT exist.<br>OH!!! and the staff is rude, unprofessional, irresponsible, malicious, non co-operative, petty, arrogant, horrible, mean and smelly.
