Thank you for your comments, we do appreciate hearing your concerns as well as praise; it helps us determine what areas to improve. From your comments I am hearing that the billing process could have possibly been explained to you a little better. This is something I will review and make sure our procedures include a clear explanation of all fees and charges associated with the lease. The hot tub is working well again. We apologize for the brief interruption in use while parts were ordered to replace the motor. As for the dog park and tennis court, the location, directly across the street from a few apartments in Providence, could make it appear we share those amenities with them. But no, those are all ours and we do our best to make sure they are used by only our residents. Of course, residents are permitted to invite guest to some of our amenities and many residents from the two neighboring communities are friendly. We don't mind if someone from Boot Ranch invites someone from another community to play tennis with them or have a doggy play date.
