We are enjoying living at the Landings. Some of the building materials are not top shelf but the apartments are still pretty nice. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance people are pretty quick to respond and available 24/7 for emergencies. The grounds are nice too. Im not sure if its common practice but the rent does go up and the end of the lease by $100 and you have to give 3months notice if moving.

We have lived here for a year and signed another year lease. I really like how they have fun events for residents during the year. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Most recently, when we have had to contact the office, Pauline has helped us. She is always very friendly and responsive.
