We searched and visited many properties in Palm Harbor. Once we visit (Land on) this beautiful complex, The Landings at Boot Ranch West. We made our decision to stop here and signed the lease. Nina and her staff were so helpful. They coordinated and got us moving in smoothly. To us this property offers many luxuries, amenities include swimming pool, laundry, tennis court, fitness center, just to name a few. We liked the large kitchen area and its luxury cabinet. Layback at the balcony, we enjoyed viewing the peaceful water canal, birds and gators.
