Let's see... mold on approximately 42 spots in the bedroom, 4 large 12" mold patches in master closet and second bedroom, rotten floor on balcony, A/C that freezes and leaves puddles on the carpet, bathtubs that don't ever drain, mold coming from the vents, roaches, old nasty carpet, at least 6 tenants who have fallen through their rotted floors, dog poop everywhere in the grass ... and this is from a LUXURY apartment!! <br><br>Don't be fooled by the advertising or the beauty of the model apartment. These building are rotting from below. The foundations have serious defects. <br><br>Stay away. Beware. <br>
