I have a very bad experience with them.
I had to tell them about the problem and they used to entered in system and say we'll contact you and there was no follow up "I feel frustrated".
They have overcharged me late fee even though I submitted to auto payment and that repeated many times. I had to ask them to fix that every month.
I was discipline customer and they can't deny that.
