I have had numerous issues over the past 4 years and mtc issues have been addressed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about our mtc staff here. Bth Nick and Joe C are amazing. Josh also does his best to keep up the grounds. Our breezeways are constantly getting trashed between dogs and people traffic and could be placed on a regular schedule to be kept up so they do not get out of control. My biggest disappointment is any major project that has involved a contract service has taken more than necessary time to complete..and i mean months on end. Our pool is spotless and kept up with the extra effort from Joe C. If the pool is not up to par, it means Joe is off duty. I realize apt living is not perfect, but keeping our complex clean .

I have just completed four years in my apartment and I have been pleased with the way any problems I have experienced have been handled. Although things have not always gone smoothly we have always been able to reach a resolution which I was happy with and appreciate the manager the assistant manager and the maintenance staff that we have here they are a pleasure to work with and I willing to listen to your concerns they follow through with your problems as they arise and ensure that they are taken care of in a timely manner. I just renewed my lease for another year and look forward to Another year in my apartment

I am starting my fourth year in my apartment and have had some issues over the years with things that were not working properly or needed to be replaced and everything has been taken care of in a timely manner I am very pleased with management and the maintenance staff at our complex

Over the past three years I have had some concerns with the complex but all of the issues have been resolved promptly and in a timely manner management appears to be doing their best to keep the complex in tiptop shape which is what I expected when I moved into the apartment I take great pride on the inside and the outside of where I live and this is very important to me that things are kept up
