My husband and I love living at The landings at Boot Ranch! Our experience has been all good. We have never lived in a better apartment. The staff is amazing!! John in maintenance is our favorite. He is the first maintenance guy we met after moving in and he always does a great job! I have to say it is very smart to have employees live at the location. We have never lived anywhere where employees actually live at the apartment. It really does make us feel safe and comfortable. Joe also does a great job but we really would like John to be our supervisor at the Landings because he is always here. We have talked to other residents and they would also like John as our supervisor. He is such a hard worker! He completes the job right the first time. He talks to everyone and he is very professional and knowledgeable. It is hard to find good workers like him! He knows how to fix everything. Opinion from the residents is promote Joe and make John our supervisor!!! Thanks for always making everything look great and having wonderful staff that we can count on!!!
