I enjoy the community but I am concerned about how much the rent will be to renew. The amenities are nice but the inside of the apartment could use some updating, especially the carpeting. I am happy with the apartment overall.

The pool and amenities are nice. The apartment is spacious and up to date but it is expensive for what you get. If the rent was more reasonable this would be a wonderful place. Residents are terrible about cleaning up after their dogs.
