We appreciate your feedback and while it's difficult to hear, the not so positive feedback is really important for us to hear as well. We are constantly striving to improve the community. Weather has been brutal on our landscaping this year, washing away mulch and overwatering plant life. We are currently putting together some plans to correct the damages and make the grounds look as beautiful as we are used to seeing them. Please contact me about your flooring and tub, I am surprised to hear you are having issues with them, that's not typical, but we are glad to see what we can do to correct the issues. We do have limited parking; we know we have to be vigilant about parking to assure residents all have a place to park. We do offer reserved spaces for a small fee each month; many of our residents take advantage of it and say the fee is well worth the added convenience and peace of mind. Always know that the staff wants to make your living experience a positive one and we will take whatever steps we can to correct any issues of concern.
