She was very helpful and Answered all the questions we had. The apartments werenSpacious.nAnd we like that , they had the stainless steel appliances. The grounds were clean and well kept, along with the pool area.

Wonderful community. Leasing and maintenance staff is always super nice and helpful. I enjoy living in this community. It is close to my job and my son school. We also enjoy all the amenities that are included

We moved just a few weeks ago but so far the community is clean and quiet. The apartments are new and everything is in working order. The office staff and the maintenance guys are all very kind and helpful.

Patricio so sweet and helped us with everything we needed. Everytime we had questions he was there to help. I can't remember the other lady name but she was sweet as well. Always smiled and spoke in a well mannered way.

Was all I could ask for Love how friendly the office staff was and with what little problems I had they took there time to make sure I new what was going on and love the coffee you can get in the office

Good sized buildings not too big. Good location and good people who work there. Close to many places we visit. Relatively quiet location. Very new interior. All 2 bedroom 2 bath and relatively affordable. Good layout of the interior as well.

Very beautiful complex. It's a smart apartment with beautiful amenities. Very informative and helpful staff members. This complex offers so many great things, from the cabanas by the pool, the awesome gym, the clean club house , down to the coffee that is free with all of the fixings.

Point Grand Apartments in Panama City are newly built which makes them so wonderful. It's a great place to stay in Panama City. The beach are amazing I would love to see the day when city becomes more of highlighted city in Florida.

Nice apartments, nice neighborhood and helpful staff. Well located and close to a variety of locals and hospital between a five mile radius. Wish I had moved in sooner. Rent is a little steep but affordable.
