It's kind of clannish with the same nosy people always minding other people's business. They have their own faults and need to work on them before they make assumptions about others behavior. I've never seen so many nosy people all in one place like this before.

I enjoy my place so much. It’s convenient to all medical needs and grocery stores. The property is properly maintained and the staff is fast and friendly. I will be renewing my lease coming up within the next couple of months.

Great tour

Came in without calling. Dane was so nice and offered a tour on the spot. I love the fact that the community has a movie theater upstairs. The events look better than the ones I have were I live now. I hope to move in soon.

The building seems to be well cared for. Any repairs I've needed have been taken care of. I've made many good friends and have become involved with activities. The area is very close to all types of stores, restaurants, and medical facilities.

Nice place

Extremely friendly environment. I came in to meet with Dane for a tour. Very helpful with all my questions and the property is so nice. He showed me the current month list of events and they look like fun.

Best place in the area

I just moved in not too long ago and can say that I am happy with my apartment. Other than the normal noise from apartment neighbors, it has been extremely quiet compared to where I use to reside. I waited a good while to get in, but it was definitely worth the wait. I recommend Lucas Creek to all my friends.

Lovely Community

This was my third time coming into the community. I have prolonged my move and application due to illness. Today I met with Tabitha and she was a blessing. She answered all my questions and took my on a third tour of their grounds. I have decided to put my application in as soon as possible.

Great

The office staff gave a great tour. The property is so nice. I hope to get a call once I go on the waitlist. I am moving to Florida from Illinois and cannot wait. Very exciting to move back to my home.

Great job

I enjoy getting to know my neighbors. The best way to do this is to go to the events. Dane is always hosting something. I cant say anything negative about the staff or the property. The landscaping is blooming and looks like we just got some replaced trees in the butterfly garden. Happy place.

Lucas creek apartments

I have lived here from the beginning and I like it here alot. I do not plan on moving anytime soon. I rarley go to the events in exception of coffee club. I do go get my coffee. I do enjoy Tabitha and Dane alot. They help me with anything I need.

Wonderful place to live! Most residents are friendly, others, well you have those kind in every situation in your life. Dane is good at keeping us busy with monthly activities. You don't have to participate but you are missing out on a great experience here if you don't. Wade and Michael are a great addition to the maintenance department. Tabatha is the super glue that keeps it all together!

Looks like a great property

Great tour. Was unable to see a unit at this time, but that is fine. I have a friend that stays here and the same layout. I know what to expect. Dane was a wonderful help with the application process. He took the time to take all of my documents and upload them for me.

I have no complaints. My apartment is great. The grounds are pretty and maintained. I like it here. It is a quiet community and there is a very nice common area to play cards or watch the bug screen television.

Tour was exceptional

Dane set up my appointment to tour the apartment complex as soon as I first called in. Although they are fully occupied, I was able to tour the lovely grounds. I will be putting in my application immediately to be put on the waitlist.

Nice property

Nice staff and nice property. Checking around due to selling my house. I hope that I am able to move here with in the next year or so. They were having an indoor bizarre and looked so fun. Lots of beautiful paintings.

Excellent no need to say more The management is the best we have had since the place opened 4 years ago. Maintenance problems are handled efficiently. I do wish it was no smoking on property but every one has the right to smoke outside even though it is not desirable.

You see beauty as soon as you drive up on this property. The lobby is bright, clean and organized. I love the layout of my 2 bedroom apartment . Even people in wheelchairs or scooters can maneuver well.

Been here from the beginning

I moved in back in March of 2020. I have been happy with the place and have no complaints other than the rumor mill. That is normal in most close knit communities. Other than that everything has been exceptional.

Anytime I have an issue with anything I never have a problem with getting assistance. My mind is slipping a bit and the ladies help me tremendously. I have recently started attending more events. I am happy with it all.
