Love it

It’s very good choice we made to move to lenna plantation apartment, and Nelly very nice kind , very good customer service I am in love with ours new place they are so helpful when you need them I recommend this place for future residents????

Leena Apartment is a comfortable place to live. The upkeep is great and maintenance is good in resolving issues. The rent comes with internet but the connectivity drops many times in a day for a few minutes.

Overall review

Thank you to Gabriel for helping with our maintenance needs. We also love the night time security staff- they are very friendly and nice to have around. The building is kept very clean on a daily basis as well. We enjoy living here!

AC Repair

I called in with an AC issue, and Gabriel showed up fast—within 10 minutes, he figured out what was wrong and fixed it right away. He was super friendly and took the time to explain what caused the problem and how I can keep it from happening again. Really appreciate the quick help and the tips. Highly recommend!

A/C not cooling

Gabriel Pinero was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to fix our A/C. He tried everything possible, showed great knowledge, and remained patient and professional throughout the process. I loved living at Leena Plantation

I LOVED LIVING HERE AT LEENA PLANTATION. DARA AND MARILYN WERE AND ARE AMAZING. THEY WERE SUPER HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE AND SO VERY KIND. IF IT WEREN'T FOR MY JOB, I'D STILL BE LIVING HERE AND WOULD HAVE RENEWED MY LEASE FOR ANOTHER 15MONTHS.

Maintenance is great!

Gabriel was very helpful. He was polite and got to working on the issues immediately. He was patient and explained what he was doing as he worked. Gabriel worked quickly but didn’t rush through the repairs, very efficient. He also patiently addressed any questions I had. Thanks Gabriel! Adding a shout out for Marilyn Pikul because SHE ROCKS! My door lock wasn't working due to a dead battery, and Gabriel Pinero with maintenance came right over and changed it. The lock is now working perfectly, and it was such a relief to have it fixed so quickly! Shout-out to Marilyn Pikul with management as well, who set up the service ASAP!

Maintenance Staff is Amazing

Gabriel is always a huge help when something is needed in my unit. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. You can catch him prepping the courtyard and cleaning the grills every morning for us. He is really a valuable asset to Leena! The maintenance team is always coming to help with our issues in a timely manner as well.

Amazing outstanding service

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding customer service I received from Gabriel, the maintenance technician at my apartment complex. From the moment he arrived, Gabriel was friendly, respectful, and extremely professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained what needed to be done, and handled the issue with great care and efficiency. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left. Beautiful Property.

I'd give Andrea 10 stars if I could. She is so on point and has amazing customer service. I have spoke to other properties in the area and all with horrible customer service, but when I called and spoke to Andrea she was welcoming and attentive. She took time out to answer my questions and create a smooth move in process. The property is beautiful and I look forward to getting comfortable.

Feels like home

It doesn’t look like much outside but inside? IT IS BEAUTIFUL. The one bedroom apartment we saw was stunning especially the kitchen and bathroom. They made great use of the space so it feels bigger than it is. The amenities were gorgeous especially the gym Move in process was so smooth thanks to the agents. Moved in less than one week and very happy here

Thrilled

At first glance, Leena gave me a comfy and crisp vibe. Everything is clean, well kept, even the air has a lovely inviting aroma. Gladly, that vibe lives on, its exactly that and more! Everyday I feel like Im waking up in a hotel with its luscious and modern aesthetics. Leena is super conveniently put together, from our garage space to having two club houses, a brand new gym and pool. Well, I sure am happy to be here!
