I am very impressed with Brittanie Stanley the new Assistant Manager. She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to ensure our well being. Not only is she extremely good at her job, but she has a heart of gold. Her strong leadership and people skills are such a welcome addition to the team. I'm so glad she is here!

Hector and the rest of the maintenance team are always awesome and Hector make sure to stop by while I was home for lunch so my dogs would be comfortable. They see him regularly in the halls, but can be defensive at home if i'm not there, so it's really great to be able have someone like Hector who I can count on working with me to make sure requests are completed when I'm home (even though I'm at work for most of their normal hours).

So as an entire community, it's a mostly lovely place with the exception of the property manager and her regional manager -----. They play favorites in the building while allowing some residents to hold open their doors at all times and entertain, cook, and use the cool air from the hallways making it a dorm style living for a very expensive price. Then there's the fact of lacking customer service from both. We needed to transfer a unit after begging for new fans (because old ones never worked) and tinting of Windows or HVAC to be fixed since October 2018 to no accord. Instead they wanted to charge us a full months rent on the old and another half month plus the new charges to make the transfer when the proper unit finally came available. Not even meeting halfway with it. It's the absolute worst customer service and ---- the manager blames it on her boss stating that her hands are tied. Both ---- and ----- need power customer service training especially in such a high end community. This isn't a "Camden" experience and I am certain the CEO would agree.

Since I moved into AER on 01/20/17 I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of my apartment, the building amenities, and the professionalism of the staff. The leasing girls are great and the maintenance staff is particularly helpful and friendly, especially Mike! Mike has made my time at AER and now Camden more enjoyable, he consistently provides prompt and friendly service for any issues that have arisen with my apartment. When the building was AER more than once he came in the middle of the night for a maintenance emergency! He is a great guy dude and I would like truly thank him for all that he has done for me here!
