Very pet friendly building, excellent and attentive management and maintenance team. Place is always clean and looking great. Excellent location and gym. Extremely satisfied with everything, rent is a tad high but not overly unusual for this market.

Experience has been terrific, management very friendly and helpful, love our floor plan and the pool and gym amenities as well as the location. Rate is competitive, wish there was a second parking spot. All good.
