I love everything about this community, the location right in the middle of downtown with a quality supermarket as a neighbor, the cleanliness, the quality of the staff, the fitness, the commun area.
The Hub is also very convenient.

The boutique like DeSota has thought of all the little things like a paper shredder in the mail room and coca-cola and snacks for residents.  
The apts. have very good security and friendly management. My hope is that they won't be changing some of the things that residents have learned to love: 24 hours common area on the 4th floor and complimentary use of the party of room for residents. Come visit; you will be happy that you did!

I am very happy to reside at The DeSota. I recently completed my first year an extended my lease for 16 additional months. This complex has the best location of all the rental complexes in downtown Sarasota. The amenities are exceptional and the staff is very receptive and friendly. I am thankful I found this place.

The staff are courteous and accommodating. The club house, pool, gym & lobby are well groomed and very prestigious. Would highly recommend this community to live in. The DeSota is also pet friendly and smoke free another plus.

I love living at the Desota. Great location with friendly neighbors and staff. There's no place I'd rather be. As far as downtown Sarasota apartment living, The Desota is definitely the best choice. It feels more like condo living than the others.
