Awesome
She is awesome. Always ready to help. This place is my safe haven, coming home after a long busy day at work. I love living here. Quiet and safe. The maintenance people are very efficient, respectful and courteous.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
This is the WORST experience I've ever had at any apartment complex in all my years of renting. From the cockroaches, the HORRIBLE management and/or repairs that NEVER get done I am trapped until I got to court and get out this lease. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPLEX!!! RUN, RUN, RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!!

When I need major repairs done it just doesn't happen I literally have to go to BBB or the news before any repairs are done Dislike living here so much Never, ever, experienced such a horrible way of running a business Maybe that's why there is so many open parking spaces Just horrible living arrangements So tired of having to fight for my rights as a tenant

Ok so this is my final review of these apartments , I stayed there for 2 months the ac unit did not work properly so I moved . They tried to accommodate with installing ceiling fans which still didn't work. The leasing manager was really horrible with communicating with the tenants. So shouts out to the new leasing manager Mrs.Moore is awesome when I would send emails to her she would respond in a reasonable amount of time . This young lady went out her way to make sure I got my deposit back that was all I really wanted because it wasn't my fault that they couldn't get the air conditioner to work properly. Thank God I'm out of that place and I don't have to deal with that company again. I would recommend that you ask questions and more questions if you decide to move into these apartments although I did ask and I was lied too. Oh also I would call teco and ask them to give you estimate of what kind of bill you will have at that resident because they can tell you that, don't be like me and end up with a 400.00 electric bill for a one bedroom apartment because the a/c was trying to keep the place cool. Smh!

I currently live here, pay my rent on time, and don't cause problems... my roof has been leaking for months, there's a hole under my front door where the roaches just walk in, and now half of my apartment has little to no power. There is never any answer on the emergency maintenance number and ROBERT the office "manager" never follows up or fixes what he says he will. I now have to drive all the way to downtown Tampa to pay my rwnt to the courthouse in hopes they'll fix all these issues. I'm sure I'll be breaking the lease very soon...

D O. N O T. R E N T. H E R E. In short: This is sub par housing in a crime ridden area. You will not get your security deposit back, your apartment will be flooded, you will be harassed by security, and your belongings will not be safe. I had the unfortunate experience of living here for 7 months from May to December 2016. First of all, the area. There are literally gunshot detectors lining 15th street. This is a high crime area to say the least. Expect broken glass in the parking lot, shopping carts flipped over on the side of the street, and to be woken up in the middle of the night by yelling or police sirens. I saw a national geographic documentary recently on homicide. Tampa is one of the places they reported on. I was stunned to see images from just around the corner from here. When moving in I had an immediate roach problem and it took nearly 2 weeks to get pest control to spray. Maintenance staff are difficult to get a hold of, it also doesn't help that some don't speak English. They also apparently think its acceptable to open your door with a master key and walk right into your apartment! No respect for privacy. The "security" staff aren't much better. I was once yelled at for "loitering" in the parking lot after picking up some groceries. They really are fantastic at antagonizing residents. Just one more person the be wary of on the walk from your car to your door. The office staff seem to be completely changed every few months. There were probably 3 regime changes in my time at bella mar. This makes it impossible the follow up with issues because the new staff don't know you or what you came in last time for. And actually, why the hell does it have to take multiple office visits to accomplish anything? Issues in billing or even maintenance can take weeks and even months to resolve. If you actually get anything sorted out consider yourself lucky. Ive been waiting 8 MONTHS for my security deposit. I called the office and followed up multiple times in person, then they told me to call corporate. I still haven't gotten a response from the accountant that was suppose to handle my situation. Worst of all, was the flooding situation. The water heater belonging to the apartment above me broke and my downstairs apartment was flooded with 5 inches of water. After contacting the office multiple times that day I literally had to drag the office lady out to my apartment before she could wrap her head around the words "MY APARTMENT IS FLOODED". She told me to rent a hotel room for the night and bella mar would reimburse me the amount on the receipt. I haven't seen a dime and that was 10 months ago. Even after the flooding was fixed, for weeks there was a slow leak from the above floor. The apartment was always humid and the carpet remained soaked. The fans they put in to dry the carpet ran for over a week and ran up my electric bill. The walls remained soft and wet for some time. The apartment continued to smell like chlorine till the day I moved out. Don't let the fake reviews by bella mar employees fool you. For $700 a month it was not worth it. There are a few acceptable apartment complexes in the area but this isn't one of them. Stay clear of any complex owned by Tzadik management statewide. Tzadik is well deserving of a class action lawsuit. If only they blighted middle class yuppies instead of working class families.

Do not live here. This place will be your worst nightmare. Management tends to switch every 2 months, and do not communicate with each other. When we moved in, the stove was broken and it took them 2 months to replace it. We had our entire apartment flood after maintenance tried to fix a clog the upstairs neighbors caused, and be uninhabitable for 2 days, which is illegal. We had to clean it ourselves. A credit was supposed to be applied towards our account but low and behold, management switched right after that and now they are trying to charge! There are bugs everywhere and frequent crimes. You see at least one cop and ambulance a day here. The place now smells like sewage because of all these issues they are "fixing." The pool is locked most of the time, I moved here in July and the pool was locked from August up until April. The washer and dryers don't work most of the time, so don't waste your money. The parking lot is full of holes and glass. The dumpsters are frequently overflowing and smell disgusting. Also, don't let them fool you by saying there is security. This new "team" they have is out maybe 2 or 3 times a week. Save yourself the trouble and just don't bother. If anyone wants to band together to go to the news about this apartment complex, please let me know. This place needs to be shut down.

Save yourself the headache and don't live here. I myself am a very open minded person and ignored all the reviews I saw online of this place, but I wish with every fiber of my being I had never tried so hard to rent out with these extremely unprofessional individuals. Every encounter I had with the leasing consultants/agents in the office was complete confrontational on their end of the conversation. They would answer my questions extremely defensively for no reason and would make rude remarks about residents after they left the leasing office in front of other residents (Cannot image what they say about me). No call backs. No responses. Ever. Even when you're trying to lease and sign paper work with them. The only way they would talk to me is if I went into the office myself. They don't reply to emails what-so-ever and care little of you even when you're trying to tour with them. The real reason I decided to write this review all together is to save a person the hardship I went through. Due to this apartment complex my health has been compromised (mostly due to second hand smoke as well as third hand smoke caused by residue in all parts of the apartment - thanks to there neglect and lack of initiative to provide a decent apartment). If you have any respiratory health conditions do not rent here there are cigarette butts everywhere. Tip: If a place you rented with knew what customer service was they would have handled the cigarette infested apartment prior to your move in. Having to use a ozone after you've moved in is a big sign of lack the care to provide you a product worth paying for.
