I love my apartment. Conveniently located to everything. I love when the grounds are kept up free of trash and dog poop. I am very pleased with the service maintance provides. And the feedback I get from office.

The amenities are very nice and the units are as well my only complaint is the 2x2 I toured was a lot smaller than expected and there was no other available units for me to tour. A self guided tour would've been a great option to have as well.

The community is in a developing area, mixed which is great offering diversity and blend. My tour was early and prompt which was great, to have met Michelle. I had no idea what to expect but the Marquee Square really shocked me and exceeded.

Rent scam

Beware this place is a rent scam they take your money with false promises, they knew my daughter who is a student at USF didn’t have credit yet, she was going to share the apartment with 2 other students who also have no credit yet. Michelle told us that is ok they would have to give a bigger down payment, We showed them their income, they said that income will be consider collectively. The kids gave her $170.00 and then wouldn’t call us back, we had to show up at the apartments, when you show to the front desk they ignore you. They told us that they didn’t qualify because they had no credit!! And that they didn’t make enough money individually!. They knew this we as her parents where sitting right in front of them, she said she has see other people get approved with the same type of situation and that will work with them. Very unprofessional. If they would’ve had told us the right information, we could’ve have saved the money for another affordable apartment. Very sad

All the leasing agents here are professional. Is the application process that is a headache? Be mindful, that is not the lease in professionals fault. Be patient be kind. I didn't have not one problem with the leasing agents.Just compliance department

Easy move in process very friendly staff, Ms.Nixon worked hard for this tenant. Made sure everything was done with ease. Gave us tour and showed how to use AC, communicated effectively and let me know when things would be available.

Great community and office team! The apartment is brand new and very luxurious with great amenities. I will be using the massive fitness center and the pool area has a hot tub I cant wait to get into!

Every single person that we talked to and helped us were super helpful. The staff was friendly and vary welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and offered accommodations to each and everyone needs in the apartment complex. They just don't have elevators.
