Good luck if you don’t want to sleep

Positive experience from the start. They worked with me when I had to change my move-in date and still gave me the move-in special rate. I have not had any issues at all. Apartments are nice and grounds are very well taken care of. Clubhouse is awesome and includes BBQ grills for residents to use, pool area that is well kept. I will be renewing my lease here next year

Terrible Customer Service
My son and I were deliberately turned down to live there because of the “ pet screening.” Pet screening was more in depth and tedious than our applications. The paperwork was a day late and the staff basically gave us the middle finger. What a joke.

Terrible place to live
Terrible apartments- they nickel and dime you. We only lived here for 3 months (since we bought a house) in that time there were several cars broken into, crazy parties at the pool (people on drugs) and upon move out they charged us for a new carpet even though a new one was installed on our move in (3 months!) claiming “damages” even though it was very clean! They try and get as much money as possible so forget about getting your deposit back. Also there is zero safety here- I DO NOT recommend- please look elsewhere. The assistant manager Griselle and manager Ashley are zero help and unaccommodating.

Find somewhere else!!!
For $2k a month, you can find much better! I’ve had issues since I moved in. The place wasn’t clean when I moved in; someone left actual urine on the toilet seat. Bathrooms were filthy, floors weren’t mopped. It was ridiculous. Ashley got right on it and the cleaning company came the same day to clean. Management offered me a free cleaning that I tried to redeem numerous times and they never abided by it. Maintenance issues have been a huge problem. When Jose was manager things were fixed within 48 hours. For the past 6 months you’re lucky if they get to it in 2 weeks. Bugs!!! Roaches!!! I had to request pest control to come every week (we pay $20 a month for it, use it) for 4 months just to get the bugs under control. Never lived anywhere with roaches but now that I see what everyone is talking about and I’m disgusted. You can hear your neighbors every step, conversation, music selection. Amazing Staff
Lovely apartments & facilities- gyms, pool, bikes, hiking trails! The amazing staff will help you navigate all of the leasing & renewal steps! They go above & beyond to answer all of your question, concerns, & help you with the process! The location is great! The apartments are close to USF, Moffitt, and many more!

Great property
The leasing agents here are always on top of their game! I work 12 hours a day and miss the office hours regularly but all I have to do is put in a request online and they follow-up with my request promptly. I've lived here for two years and have had little to nothing to worry about. I especially want to give a shout out to Ms. Mims and the maintenance team for being so responsive and communicative in regards to my appliance issues. They remained in touch and gave accurate time frames for the repairs needed to be made. All I can say is thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about during these crazy times.

Amazing Community & Wonderful staff
If you are looking for a quiet, clean, stress free and caring staff in your next community in Tampa, Fl - The Lodge at Hidden River is the place for you. The lodge at Hidden river was home for 3 solid years and we enjoyed this quiet and clean community. Kierra and her team are the BEST. The team is very responsive and take care of issues pronto. The Manager is a rude lady. She discriminates against --------- people and needs to be fired. She refused my business and now I will tell everyone I know to never rent from this place.I have never been treated like this anywhere else.

I would like to give a huge shout out to José, the maintenance supervisor! Since I’ve moved in José (and Victor) has responded to all of my requests within 24 hours without delay. When I had an issue with my dryer, José came over that very night to take my wet clothes to a dryer and the next morning I had a brand new dryer installed. He’s been so helpful and I’ve only been a resident for a few weeks. Kudos to José and Victor, the maintenance team, and thank you for helping my son & I get acclimated to our new home!

So far, very positive. The place looks great and has nice amenities. It is well staffed, in a location that is convenient for work. Neighbors are friendly and good people. I would definitely recommend.

Great Experience I love Jordan& Danny the Apartment complex is very clean and quite whenever there is an issue I know that it will get fixed really quick also the staff is very good at communication and getting back to you

Not too much to complain about at the Lodge at Hidden River. The complex is well kept and looks very appealing. There's a bit of a bug problem but it's Florida so it's very common. The only issue I have with this apartment is the price, I find it a little high. Other than that it's great here

Beautiful facility with a knowledgeable management team. Love my 'Appalachicola' model apartment with many windows! Granite countertops and 'French doors' off the kitchen lead to the porch. Great parking with adequate room between vehicles. Locked gates ensures security.

Every thing is great. I am only worried when i want to renew my lease, i am afraid that the price will go hire. Regarding the apartment. My balcony doesn't have a cover from mosquitoes or bugs, which bothers us.

I've lived at The Lodge at Hidden River for about 8 months now, and am still thrilled to call it home. The kitchen is extremely spacious and easy to clean - as are the floors, and there is tons of storage space throughout the apartment. Maintenance responds to requests quickly, staff responds to emails quickly, and the trash team is (almost) always on time. My only true complaint is the lack of dog waste bins around the complex (which leads to people not picking up after their pups!). Other than that, the common areas (like the pool and rec center) are always very tidy, and the complex itself is for the most part, nice and quiet.

We've lived here for a year, signed a 15 month lease. Key amenities for us was the outdoor fireplace and pool area fire pit. They have worked properly for maybe 2 of the 12 months we have lived here. Management gives excuse and blames and don't fix the problem. Very unprofessional and rude! The place was built two years ago and is beautiful, but don't move here if you expect amenities to be repaired on a timely basis. Did I say, management is rude and unprofessional. In hindsight, we should have moved in somewhere else.

I have loved my time here at the Lodge at Hidden River. The front desk staff is kind and personable. My neighbors are nice and their fur babies are even nicer. The quality of the apartment itself is reason enough to live here. We literally never have problems and if we do, they are minor and maintenance is here to fix it in a very reasonable amout of time.

It has been great other then the fact that almost none of the amenities work and the office staff would rather make excuses then fix the issues. I love summer at the pool but with it being chilly now itd be nice if the office hosted more inside events like movie nights hot coco etc

It is a great place to live. Great atmosphere. The staff is always very professional and attentive. The amenities make everything very convenient. The amount of space is great. I don't have any complaints.

Overall my experience has been great, minor noise from neighbors but nothing that couldn't be handled by staff with a phone call and renewed our lease for another 7 months. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Nice units very pricey though. There is no waking sidewalk to enter the compound, you would need to walk either I the streets where vehicles drive or the grass. Aparrment ammenties are neat but you can barely use the space you pay for without recieving a email from management complaining about have to guest.
