That place is a dumpster fire roach motel bug infested piece of crap and got the nerve to charge all that rent. That place is a mess their one bedroom so tiny I can sit on my sofa and cook at the same talking bout its 680 sq ft

Willowbrooke is really Willowhood. This place got awful. It used to be nice, safe with USF students, young professionals, & young families. But then it took a turn for the worse. The grounds were unkept. Ppl kept throwing trash on the grass. Dog poop everywhere. The geese were terrorized by the kids that no adult would supervise. The laundry always had broken machines. So I couldn’t wash my work pants. Had to wash by hand. The gym doors broken. Bums living in the bathrooms of the gym. People would vandalize the pool. There also was a lot of drugs and scary looking intimidating people. Stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t let my college aged child rent a place like this.Management really tries but there’s so much they could do.

Willow brook office staff, maintenance and management company are virtually absentee landlords. The property is unsupervised. The maintenance do not follow through on work orders nor keep property cleaned up. Garbage is everywhere, toys litter the roadway, condoms at playground and ducks terrorized. The children have no adult supervision or guidance. Property has been destroyed by slumlord management company.

The management at Willow Brooke is rascist and incompetent! They never fix anything and they are never there on weekends. I had to chase them down for almost two years to sign a new lease at one time. I was stuck there because of finances. I had a broken AC unit for 4 yrs, they never fixed it. They never took care of the roof. There was constant flooding. The apartments are infested with rats and roaches. There are drug dealers and sex offenders on the property as well. Please do not rent here!

Roaches, roaches, roaches! Infestation since day one. I had roaches crawling across my computer screen, over my couch, up the living room walls, down the bathroom walls, and one in my fridge. I literally had to place 20 roach motels and roach baits every month just to keep the roaches at a "manageable" level. People didn't pick up their dog poop, and threw their garbage outside of the dumpster. There is a lot of domestic violence and some very sketchy people that hang around the complex. It is a very dirty place to live, and reeks of mold and rotting wood. There is very little that they offer for the amount of money you pay. Please do your research before you decide to sign a lease.

I have lived in these apartments for 7 years and have never felt so disrespected or helpless as with this new company. Bainbridge sucked but these new people lie and when u ask maintence for help everything is fixed with spray paint. My ceiling has leaked, under the walls, sinks overflowed, and my water doesn't always run clean. I found maggots in the wall of my shower. I'm so serious, don't put your family at risk for cheaper rent.

I have lived at Willow Brook apartment complex from August of 2015 to August 2016. I am extremely unsatisfied with my whole experience All the apartments and furniture are very old, In the beginning of my lease, I had problems with bugs, Maintenance and management are very unprofessional and rude, On March 2016, my water heater was on fire because of a poor installation. Staff and maintenance did nothing after the accident, Gym and laundry rooms are closed and they do not tell when they will be open again The whole apartment complex has a serious problem with water. For more than 3 months, they would shut down the water without notice, It took them 5 months to give my deposit back Do not even think about moving to this place, it's a scam and you will have a horrible experience. You can drive around the apartment complex and ask any tenant what they think about the apartment complex and I am sure that all of them will have negative things to say. I would never come back to this place.

The pictures say all that is needed to say, the place many times dirty and little is done, even if you complain, dogs off leashes and crap every place, complaining does little. No pool, no laundry room or exercise area, closed for months, we were all, told that it would be opened in late December or early January, now they say first 2 weeks of February. It shows a play area for children, does not exist. The result, many residents have left.

I can't wait to move out here bc this is so horrible. I've been having plumbing issues for third this year and nobody has seem to have the solution to this ---- yet. On top of that they want you to 818.00 for rent ??Really that's highway robbery. The maintenance personnel are never to be found when you have an issue. They're constantly changing property management and nothing seems to get right. The pest situation is horrible and nasty as well as the trash compartment it's never well kept trash is just everywhere. I'm just like what we paying rent for then. This is my last year staying and I'm never looking back????. Oh yeah and the gym area is not even open so that picture that you see is a lie straight out of hell. The laundry room ?? What laundry room we don't have none. Trust me I'm staying here as we speak and there isn't any laundry room at all. So I ask you with all this being said would you pay 818.00 for this crap ????

Completely run down apartments. I'm honestly surprised these people are allowed to rent them out. I had a hole in my roof that wasnt repaired for almost a month. Cockaroches were basically impossible to eliminate because the had infested most units. The cherry on top was having to pay almost $800 fee on top of my deposit when I moved out because of all the issues the place had ALREADY when I moved in to it. These apartments were built in the 1970s and they have had zero to no maintance to the interiors. I think the best thing they can do at this point is demolish them.

It used to be ok living here but the new management is awful. They seem to have fired all the competent leasing office and maintenance staff. I've not had any clean water for over a week and every time I try to speak to management about the problem they brush me off. They're despicable people. If you have babies or children, run. Run fast and far. Clean water is essential to every human being and my baby can't even take a bath or a have a drink. We can't wash our hands or flush the toilet. It's like an outhouse...and I pay 750 per month. We'd be better off in a crappy motel.

We have lived here 2 years and can not wait to get the hell out!! This place is horrible. You can hear your neighbors walking around. The grounds are horrible. They have been stating they were going to update the kids area when we moved in and they have done nothing but tear the stuff down and replace it with a picnic table. There is trash everywhere and there has been a huge tree down for about a month. We have outside lighting by the doors but a majority of the time they dont come on til much later after dark. Our neighbors are loud and disrespectful and on many occasions we have had to deal with drugs being sold by our home or finding drugs around the area when outside with our 5 year old son. When you request a maintenance request they are never done the first time. You call the office and no one ever answers and the mailbox is always full. I would not recommend this place at all. It might be a little on the cheaper side but you get what you pay for.

Nice community and neighborhood. The condition of apartment is very good. The swimming pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient and maintenance well. The price of the apartment is very attractive. At last, the officer are very friendly and professional in their area.

The staff is great! The apartments are so old! need to be update! the owners change the managenment... but they really need to put money in these OLD aparments. wake UP!wake UP!wake up Sorry ... 38 year and not updated! that is a shame. I don't recommend .

it has a pool, volleyball court, playground for children and playground for pets. it is beautiful, quiet place to live. it is very nice. even in hot summer, it need to turn on the air conditioner. it is cool in summer. all in all, it a comfortable place to live.

Although the staff are nice and seems to care to your concerns, no service will be done! We have so many issues in our house since we moved in, but it's been a month that we request services and they do nothing. I do not recommend this complex. We may move to another place for the next year.
