Honest review here. You get what you pay for. It is certainly not the most lavish apartment, but it is worth the money. Being near a college, there are thousands of college students. I have experienced the whole random roommate and one bedroom apartment. Having to live right next door (cough cough green roof), they are certainly a million times worse. Short story, they have a brand new management and decided to not renew every lease in my building so that they could try to have "better tenants". I never got arrested, blasted loud music, or had complaints while i always paid my rent on time. Neighbors are quiet and awesome, no loud parties like other complexes down the street, and the management really tries their best. Sure they are a bit understaffed and i feel their pain...but hey..they still try. Gave me a chance to move in more than a year ago after my fiasco with cough cough green roof apts, and I am still grateful to them to this day. No management is perfect or can satisfy everyone...but hey...they really do try. If the prices are so high, then try to buy a house. Having at least one friend living around different complexes around this area...they all complimented on how quiet and peaceful it is around Willow Brooke. It's certainly not the best of the best...but its manageable if looked in a positive aspect of this place. I always have positive run ins with the maintenance folks, some great laughs with the management managers, and certainly give them credit where it's due. Dealing with that other horrible complex, it certainly is a positive experience overall. It's not an empty promise at all from a business perspective, because remember....that other complex promised me to renew the lease..but decided to "cleanse" out everyone of that building for no building. Could have been homeless for a bit..but hey...Willow Brooke gave a chance. Not a bad deal in the long run if looked in a different way.
