This place was great, quiet, uneventful. Then the new management happened. The kids playground has caution tape on it, the new residents, you can't trust any of them. They are sketchy, they all want to sell drugs, there are gunshots in the night. The office called one of these people, and told them I filed numerous complaints and called the cops on them, when I never did. Even if this person does have these complaints and police reports, don't tell them who called on them, especially if it's a lie. I'm not waiting for my lease to be up. I'm getting out of here before the office gets me or my children in anymore trouble. I could rent a nice small home for less than my rent, and not wake up to a full round being fired. I never receive the pest spraying a when I ask to be put on the list, and nothing broken gets fixed, and heaven forbid you ask them to change the air filters, or power wash all the duck poop off something. I've been here three years and seen management turn over three times, and the maintenance crew turn over four times. It's getting to the point where cops have started cruising the complex multiple times a day. Under cover cops sit in the parking lot. this is no longer a safe place to live. I had 3 loads of laundry stolen, and they never fix the machines, or the workout equipment. That treadmill has been broken for the past year.
