To The Property Manager at Willow Brook Apartments; I would like to take the time to comend you & also pray for your safety as well as the safety of your employees. I must say that the recent reviews I have read I don't agree with, these reviews are written with anger & hatred. I had the pleasure of meeting you twice I must say thank you for your honesty & letting me know what issues your property is experiencing at this time. I just want you to know that despite all the negative comments and doragatory statements that are being made about you & your property I'm still considering making Willow Brook my new home. I understand that this property is under construction at the moment, I understand the issues it was having with the water, I understand that this is a take over property which means that all the problems that were here before also became the responsibility of your company, I understand that a lot of the issues are not simple to fix and need to take time to get done. I was at your office over the weekend, I was horrified by the detailed message spray painted on your office door the words fu## you as well as they were going to kill you, complete with a drawing of a person holding a gun. As a potential renter I would like to know if these people are being arrested or evicted? That would be the logical thing to do they don't need to be there making other residents uncomfortable and more so the management. I just want you to know that I will be willing to be a witness for you given that I was there when you were threatened and I was there when the water issue happened and the residents blamed you for breaking the water line. I look forward to meeting with you again and I will continue to keep you in prayer.
